The Faulkes Institute for Geometry

The Faulkes Institute of Geometry is housed in Pavilion E of the University of Cambridge's Centre for Mathematical Sciences. The DFET provided £2.5 million funding for the Institute, with additional funding from the software entrepreneur, Nick Corfield.

Geometry is a particular interest of Dill Faulkes as it underpins our understanding of the physical world.

 

The Faulkes Institute of Geometry was opened on 1st May 2002 by Dill Faulkes.
